The Biggest Loser

I am doing the biggest loser with my family! I lost five pounds last month but am hoping to do better this month. For my diet I am watching my calories and excersising at least three times a week. Brock and I got passes to Planet Fitness and we have been really good about going every week. The diet has been really hard the last week, but starting tomorrow I am really going to start being better about my diet. My weakness is sweets. I am planning on cutting out sweets for an entire week. I am going to build up from a week to a longer period of time of going without sweets. Wish me luck!!
